What time to arrive?

We are leaving on our first cruise tomorrow morning (driving to Tampa). We sail on Monday, my question is what time should we arrive at the port Monday. My docs say earliest boarding time is 12:30. So when should we arrive?

Hi TM&K, Welcome to cruising. Carnival usually starts letting you board as soon as the ship is cleared around 11:00 or 11:30. You can't get to your room till around 1:00 but the Lido deck will be up and running with food and drink and its a perfect time to tour the ship. Hope this helps. Happy Sailing.
