Seattle Pre-Cruise Tour From Airport Then To Ship

I know it's not the most ideal and usually I fly in a day in advance. But, I'm interested in landing in Seattle, having a quick tour (want to see the market) then to the ship. Does anyone know a company / tour operator that handles this or has anyone done anything like it? I'm trying to decide if I want to just do a taxi thing or if there is a better way....

What ship? or better question which pier? NCL uses Pier 66, Pikes Market is within walking distance, can leave bags at the pier with private vendor(for a fee)
