Fuel Surcharge

I'm a little confused about the imposed fuel surcharge. We booked the Independence of the Seas in Nov of 07 for a Dec 08 cruise. I just received an updated invoice from our TA and it has the fuel surcharge on it. I know that the Florida AG made the cruiselines return or remove charges for already booked cruises. Was there a date they couldn't charge the surcharge before?

Nov 16 is the magic date. If you booked before then there should be no fuel surcharge.

Thanks, I just checked the invoice again and we booked it Nov 14th. I'll let my TA know that it should be removed.

Aprill-A friend told me about your pics of JS 1100 on the Radiance...nice pictures. At least I know what I have to look forward to in 10 days! That cabin will be home for us for a 7 dayer...Seward to VanCouver!!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful pictures!!!! Susie
