HAL Shuttle to Ship From Rome

Hello All:

 

Not sure if this is the right board or Hollane America Board, but thought I would start here.

 

We are travelling on the Noordam and have the ships shuttle booked from our hotel.

 

Does anyone know what time the shuttle would depart our hotel?

 

Holland America cannot provide me with a time for departure until arrival.

You need to keep calling HAL's customer service number until you get the answer to that question. HAL schedules this with your hotel so they need to provide a time for you!
