Luggage tag question

Hi,

We just got our cruise docs with the luggage tags inside. My question is there seems to be 2 tags per person. I have read on here that people buy 12 packs of soda or water to bring on board, then put luggage tags on them.

 

Do they give you extra tags? Not sure if each of us will bring two bags but if so how do you get extra tags for the water or soda.

The porters at the pier will have handfuls of tags--just get extras from them! It only takes 2 seconds to write your cabin number on them.

I suppose the number of tags depends on the length of your cruise -- I never noticed - don't remember on our first, printed our own docs last year and received 3 each this year.

 

The porters at the port will have tags and will take care of it for you. Just be sure to tip them for the help. ;)
