What is the minimum age limit on using gym equipment for teenagers, if escourted and on their own.

I believe 16. :)

The posted age minimum is 16, and there is no difference if alone or with a parent/adult. That having been said, some people report that RCI employees don't seem to care/monitor for this. Others report strict enforcement. My son encountered strict enforcement, which was fine with me. (he went with his sister, when he was 15 and she was 17, and they politely informed him that he couldn't stay.)
