HAL Shuttle from Rome to Port

Hello All:

 

We are travelling on the Noordam out of Rome (Citavitechia (SP)) and have the ships shuttle booked from our hotel.

 

Does anyone know what time the shuttle would depart our hotel?

 

I have called HAL and they said we wont know until we arrive at the hotel, and I am trying to make a plan for that morning.

 

Any experiences would be appreciated.

transfers generally leave depart from the hotels between 9am-1030. It takes an hour and fourty five min about to get to the ship. They do not want to get you their too early just incase the ship is not ready for you to board.
