abcmanzer Posted May 31, 2008 #1 Share Posted May 31, 2008 Reading up on Key West excursions and curious to see what past visitors have thought about either tour. More than likely, we will be touring with our soon-to-be 6 year old son.
keywesst Posted May 31, 2008 #2 Share Posted May 31, 2008 I don't have any business interest in either ride, but I would point out that : The trolley allows you to get off for photo ops, shopping, lunch, etc and the next trolley is just minutes behind it. The train does not let you off. The trolley's seats are much like a motor coach--they're high up so you can see over the roofs of cars, giving you a full-time view. The train's seats are quite low and while in traffic all you'll see is the car next to you. They are both narrated. The trolley, depending on how many times you get off and back on, will expose you to different drivers and levels of humor. The train is one driver the whole time.
