St. Thomas Time Zone for Ferries?

Since we will be changing clocks pretty soon here in the states - does anyone know is St. Thomas/St. John same or different as far as the time goes for planning on ferries to St. John? Are the docking times listed by the cruise lines in "US" time or "USVI" time????
