Raining while in Cozumel

I will be in Cozumel Saturday and the weather forecast is forecasting 60% chance of scattered thunderstorms.:(

I have no set plans so what would be the best to do?

(We wouldn't do really physical things anyway because of physical limitations.)

In December when we docked in Cozumel, it was pouring. 30 minutes later...nothing! It is kinda like Florida where rain showers CAN pass through very quickly. Now that is not to say they always will.

When we were there in summer of 2005 it rained the entire day. Everyone bought a poncho and we walked around and shopped then ate at La Choza's. Wish it would've been nicer but we had fun walking around.

We were just in Cozumel on Saturday. It was overcast the whole day but only rained for around 30-45 minutes. We just happened to be horseback riding at the time but we dried pretty fast and had fun anyway. You might get lucky and it won't rain at all.

We are doing the Deluxe Sail and Snorkel party through Carnival in a few weeks. If it is raining, will that still be on? I know if it is lightning we won't, but I was just wondering about rain.
