You can draw cash against your S&S card (effectively OBC) in the Casino for a 3% surcharge. Depending on the amount drawn this may be cheaper then the ATM.

 

Any unused credit is returned the last night in form of a cheque. This can be cashed at the Purser's Desk if you have the patience.
