Formal nights on 8 day cruises

The general answer is the first sea day and the next to the last sea day if it is two sea days in the front and two sea days in the end. Otherwise, depends on itinerary. I do not know of anyone who does a formal night on the last night because people are packing.

On the 8 day Miracle and 8 day Spirit cruises the formal nights were the 1st full sea day and 3rd full sea day (next to last day of cruise.) This is what CWcruisers said above.

We did this same cruise on the Liberty last year - 1st sea day and 3rd sea day (next to last night, not the last one.)
