A morning in Miami

Getting in late the night before and leaving on a ship the next afternoon -- does anyone have recommendations for what to do for a morning in Miami? Thanks.

Where are you staying in Miami? If you arrived late, you'll probably want to sleep in a bit, have a leisurely breakfast and then head to the port around 10:30-11.

 

If you are staying downtown, I would recommend walking around Bayside. It's right on Key Biscayne and plenty of options for breakfast plus the view are fabulous!

I second the suggestion the previous poster made. Bayside is simply beautiful.

If you are not staying close to the port, then South Beach is very pretty, Key Biscayne, as well as Coral Gables (Miracle Mile).

Also, there is plenty of shopping areas.:D
