No pool for kids in diapers?

Is this true? We're going to be on Celebrity's Mercury in September and I was counting on the pool as something fun for my 2 year old. If it's true, I understand why, but I'm just disappointed. He swims a lot here at home with swim diapers on.

No non-potty trained kiddies in the pools for sanitary reasons. Pools are not chlorinated. EM

The only ships with pools for children in diapers are the Disney ships and RCCL's Freedom of the Seas, Liberty of the Seas, Independence of the Seas, and Liberty of the Seas.

Take a small blowup pool. You can get a 3' one ring pool at Wally World cheap. Find an out-of-the-way deck area and have fun!
