Wondering if anyone had any feedback on Peggy's Cove Express or other whale watching tours in Halifax. We'll be there the end of September and I'm hoping the whales will still be around.

We will be in the area the end of Sept. also, and I have contacted the companies. Their excursions stop the 15th of Sept, so we are going to be a little too late. :mad:

 

Are you, by chance, on the Sept. 25 Explorer sailing? That's the one we will be on.

No. We're on the NCL Dawn on 9/21. I contacted one tour in Halifax, and he said they'd still do it if we were a large enough party (issue with gas prices, which I certainly understand)-- but there's only two of us. One of the other members of our roll-call has booked an excursion for her family, and they said the whales will still be there.

 

 

I'm torn between deciding on something else and just booking the tour through our ship.
