Tahitian Princess question

Do the balcony cabins have a sofa for a sitting area or just a chair like on the other class ships? I can't tell from either Princess' website or Travelocity. The pictures look like a small sofa, but the descripton says chair and desk.

Our balcony cabins, BD and BC on the Tahitian Princess had a sofa. One of the cabins even had a sofa that made in to a bed. There was also a desk, chair and coffee table.

We were in room 7101 and had a small sofa and coffee table. We also had a desk and chair.

The balcony rooms do have a sofa, coffee table and desk with chair. The rooms are spacious, and storage seemed to be adequate. The only downside is that there is no fridge. Regardless, this is one the best ships Princess has... it is very intimate and the staff remembers your name by the end of the first day :). Enjoy your cruise!! The balcony is a must on a South Pacific itinerary.

mini sts have a large sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table, fridg, and a balc. large enough for a chaise and 2 chairs.

Thanks. I'm glad to know that balconies have a sofa. The one thing I dislike about Princess' other ships is that there is no real sitting area in the balcony cabins, as there is on RCI, X, and HAL. The lack of a fridge can be overcome by taking our collapsable cooler.

tehy balcony does not come with a chaise. you have to beg your room steward to get you one when you first meet him. a small tip will get it done.
