Surprise X refund ?

Has anyone else gotten a surprise refund of $17 ish from X? was wondering if it was only us.

Have you sailed with Celebrity over the past few months ? This could be a partial refund of a fuel surcharge that a very small group of Cruise passengers were entitled to. This is strictly a guess, and it could be something else.

I don't think that's it. it was specifically on our upcoming summit cruise. Just shows as a credit $17.48. Since we had made final payment it went back on the card. odd amount. I am not complaining. How often does X give back money voluntarily.

We missed a port (Grand Cayman) due to rough water and got a credit and the only time we've received a credit pre-cruise was for the fuel charge reimbursement since we booked prior to the implementation of the surcharge. $17.48 is an odd amount.

It was a tax refund, the weird thing it was only one of my 2 bookings for the Connie in October. So I don't know why some bookings got the refund and others didn't

Dh and i got an $ 18."s refund on our cc and i called up and was told that they over charged us for taxes woohoo more money for the casino:D VO922
