Upper Bunk Pictures?

This is a pic of our cabin (9252) on the Triumph last month. When we first arrived the cabin steward had the beds pulled apart (so there was one twin under each of the bunks). DH & I looked @ each other , our steward looked at us and then I asked him to please put the bottom ones together. When we got back from dinner/show, this is what it looked like. Truth be told, the 1st arrangement worked better because each bunk had it's own ladder but we didn't wanna ask him to undo it nor did we do it ourselves. LOL

They stayed this way all week & my niece just had to climb up dd's bunk ladder and then hop over to hers. :p

We have a Balcony room 8271 on the triumph for 5 people and we are trying to figure out how that is going to look - was your room for 5?

Thanks

UGH!

Looking at the deck plans ours is indeed just a triple, so I hope it is on the oppisite wall.

We will see.

Im just happy to be on the ship, so I wont fuss--> too much ;)

Kandy & Doreen...Will you please let me know when you get back how it went? Do you happen to know your cabin number? I am in U159 in November and ours will be a triple as well with my 14 year old son sleeping up top....Just want to make sure he stays UP there! :) I am concerned about the upper thing too...but couldn't see doing two cabins. :)

I believe our room was only for 4 but I guess they could have put a roll away under the bunk on the right (in my pic). A bit crowded perhaps but a $ saver, I suppose.

Wow, I'm getting nervous 5 in an inside guarantee. Maybe we will get upgraded? Maybe the kids will be good?? Maybe DH will be at the Casino and keep his cool???;)

Yeah, I think 5 would be kinda tight but I'm sure you'll manage. We were 4 this trip since we took my niece but it's usually just DH, DD & myself. This was actually our 1st time in an inside but I would definitely do it again. We really didn't spend too much time in the cabin during the day anyway. Since we were 3 women;) in the room this time we volunteered my DH to go use the showers in the gym/spa when we all had to get ready! :D I think he was happy to go just to escape all the estrogen flowing in the room!!

There will be 3 women in our room and 2 men so I think we will also follow suit and use the spa for showering plus I hear that is a much nicer way to shower anyway :D

My husband said the men's shower stalls have curtains. The women's shower stalls have glass doors that don't latch shut. The one time I showered in the spa after a workout I kept having to grab a hold of the door because it kept opening with the movement of the ship! Good thing my niece & I were the only ones in that area at the time! :o

I have a pic of the cabin for 5. I hope I upload it correctly.

They will also give you a roll away for the 5th person.
