3 Nt. Cruise Formal Night?

I've tried to do a search, but to no avail. Can those that have actually been on a 3 night repositioning cruise tell me if they had a formal night?

Princess reps. will tell you one thing, but what actually happens is another story, so that's why I'm asking for specific experience with a 3 night repo.

Yes, we were on the Dawn for a 3 day cruise out of San Diego and there was a formal night. We did not attend, I heard later some went in their casual clothes.

Heck I was on a 2 nite repo on the Coral and one was a formal nite so 3 nites be prepared.

I was on 3 night on the Caribbean Princess this May and yes we had a formal night. It was on the sea day the 2nd night!
