Why are you looking for a pool when the beaches are among the best in the world with beautiful soft white sand and calm waters. Anywhere on Palm beach is beautiful. Most hotels when we were there let you use their bathrooms to change.

Taxis are cheap but you must change before returning to port. THEY ARE VERY FUSSY AND WON'T LET YOU IN THE TAXIS WITH EVEN A TRACE OF SAND

Last time we just went to the beach we went to the area by the DePalm Pier on Palm Beach. It is right next to the Radisson Hotel and among a row of the big hotels. There were plenty of places to rent chairs, buy food and drink, and other facilities. The sand and water were wonderful. We walked the beach and looked at some of the hotels, but more to check out the menu's at their outdoor restaurants. I don't think they welcome non-guests into their pools - but we did use the rest rooms at one of the hotels with no one questioning us.

We had no problem catching a taxi there, or back to the ship, as it is a very popular place for the taxi drivers to take cruse passengers to so I think they are a little more relaxed about bathing suits and such there.

Another place is Moomba Beach (an open air beach restaurant & bar)- also very nice and just a mile or so up from the area mentioned above but still in the area of the large hotels. Not as much cab action there and the cab driver taking us there cautioned that most cab drivers would want us to be all dry when returning to the ship in their cabs.

You might want to look on the Aruba ports of call board for other discussion and recommendation for Aruba beaches.
