mj Posted July 20, 2008 #1 Share Posted July 20, 2008 Was looking at shore excursions for Grand Cayman on the Carnival Liberty in November. They used to have some type of beach excursion; however there are no beach excursions listed on my choices of activities for GC. It used to be to the Beach Colony Club, but on Carnival's website it looks like it has changed to Sea Grape Beach. But currently that is not one of the tours being offered for the November cruise. The Liberty is in port from 7:30-4:30pm. Anybody that has traveled the Liberty lately or upcoming cruises seen any beach excursions such as the The Seven Mile Beach with Transport as one of your choices? I could just do the beach on my own. mom2girls Posted July 20, 2008 #2 Share Posted July 20, 2008 I haven't been on the Liberty, but I was just in Grand Cayman. You can get a taxi to 7 mile beach for $4/person each way. IMO it doesn't make sense to take a Carnival excursion because it would certainly cost more money.
ShedQueen77 Posted July 20, 2008 #3 Share Posted July 20, 2008 Sea Grape is actually a part of 7 Mile.
bubbles1209 Posted July 20, 2008 #4 Share Posted July 20, 2008 We did the Stingray City & Rum Point Beach excursion on Liberty in June. There are lots of photos in my signature, we thoroughly enjoyed it.:)
