Kusadasi but not Ephasus

Recommended Posts

Have been to Ephasus 3 times and enjoyed it very much. Visit Kusadasi in September and would like to try something different. see some local villages. Any thoughts and any experience with tour people handling that. Thanks. :)

We had a great tour to Srince Village and a Turkish Bath arranged by Hülya Terzioðlu hulya462002@yahoo.com . The Turkish Bath is something you want to do only with your very closest friends, or with people you will never see again!! ;)

If you really enjoy ruins and are a bit adventuress you could hire a taxi for a half day (or longer) tour of other ruins in the region. We did this one year and went to Priene, Miletus, and Didyma. Not far from Didyma there is also the Lake Bafa area and Heracleia. The key is to find a decent taxi driver. As an alternative, you can arrange for a private tour with one of the companies often mentioned on these boards (we have no experience with private tour companies).
