It is relatively new and is not available yet on the majority of the ships in the fleet so you might want to cut your TA a bit of slack. However, if his or her lack of knowledge about MTD is just an example of general cluelessness about RCI, you might look to finding another TA before handling the reservations on your own. An experienced and knowledgeable TA can be worth their weight in gold, especially if any problems arise with your reservation or during your cruise.
