Blaidd-Drwg Posted August 2, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 2, 2008 Where can I look in my reservation info on the RCL website to see OBCs. When I booked my cruise during my November 07 cruise, our paperwork showed a $100 OBC. I don't want to wait until I get on board to verify that they're in place. Sue L Posted August 2, 2008 #2 Share Posted August 2, 2008 You can't see it on the website but you can call and make sure they are in place. Also you may not see them onboard until the 2 day or so, so don't panic if you don't see them upon boarding.
sdmike Posted August 2, 2008 #3 Share Posted August 2, 2008 Check with the guest relations desk when you board. Mine were there when I got on the ship. Not to brag (ok...I'm bragging) but we got a total of $1500 in OBC's for our 3 rooms earlier this month. We shopped around to different TA's and went with the one that offered the most OBC's, since the room and other stuff would be the same regardless of how we booked. :)
Clarea Posted August 2, 2008 #4 Share Posted August 2, 2008 If you booked with Royal, call them and ask them to send you a copy of the Guest invoice. This should show your OBC. If you booked with a TA, call them and ask for the Guest invoice. I've had TA's balk at sending a Guest invoice (I don't know why) but with persistence I was able to get it. I don't use those TA's anymore.
Blaidd-Drwg Posted August 2, 2008 Author #5 Share Posted August 2, 2008 I have the invoice from when we purchased the tour through the LA on Voyager. It shows the OBC, but I was just hoping there was something more digital to query. I'll be sure and take the invoice when we leave in 3 months.
