Houston hotel near airport

Looking for a decent hotel close to the airport for 1 night. We will be arriving late and leaving early on our way to Acapulco. Any suggestions???

Need to know which Houston airport - Hobby (HOU) or Bush/Intercontinental (IAH). Both have several hotels/motels very near-by with free shuttles.

We stayed at the Residence Inn on Sam Houston Parkway last week. There were 17 of us and it was great! They picked us up at the airport, and then took us in their shuttle out for dinner and to buy wine to take on our cruise. Nice big breakfast too1

Also, if you just want someplace to stay that is clean and comfortable we always stay at Hampton Inns when we can. There is one right at the airport.

There is a lovely Sheraton and right at the airport you can use the underground shuttle and get to the Airport Marriott.
