What time does Sunset Resort start serving lunch?

We are trying to schedule a snorkel tour in the afternoon after visiting Sunset Resort but want to make sure we don't miss the jerk Chicken at Sunset..so if we leave by 1230, will we have had time to eat lunch at Sunset Resort??
