NW Pacific

Recommended Posts

The ship we want to sail on(NCl Pearl) only does this sailing in April or Sept. April won't work for us, it is too soon, just off the Pearl to Alaska, anyway, weather wise would this be a mistake ir doable, I know no one can predict weather a year or so in advance, but others that been on this cruise this time of year, how was it??? thanks

We haven't been on the Pearl but did go through the canal in early September on the Disney Magic a few years ago. The weather was hot and humid. We had a bit of an overcast day for part of our crossing but it was wonderful.

We were also at the canal this year in April. I noticed that the weather was again very hot and humid so I'm not sure that it makes much difference. One of our tour guides did mention that the rainy season hadn't started yet in April.

You will enjoy it no matter when you go.
