Doesn't seem to exist. Anyone have another? The CONTACT US on the website only allows 1000 characters, so I can't use that one.

I have tried emailing them a couple of times. The only thing that I got back was the auto-reply that someone would contact you...never happened!

 

However, anytime that I call guest relations I always get a quick response and they are very nice about handling any problems that you have had. They also appreciate any feedback...including comments about the good times that you had on your cruise. The number is 1-800-929-6400. They are not there on Saturday or Sunday and you need to call before 4:30 on the weekdays.
