dining schedule on infinity for alaska

Does anyone know which day the formal night, and captians nights on the Infinity Alaska this season? We are trying to decide what nights to book the SS United States resturant.

There is about a 99% chance that the formal nights will be Saturday (At Sea) and Wednesday (Ketchikan).

 

We made our reservation for the night we are in Hubbard Glacier. Makes it nice and easy to get to dinner and be able to enjoy it in a leisurely fashion as we are prone to do. :D

We were on the 7/18 sailing. Formal night was Saturday and Wednesday.

Sorry, I don't know what Captains night means. :o I have my dailies and I don't see that on any day. What is it?
