pride ship time or port time

I am trying to book a massage at the PV Krystal. If my appointment is at 10:30 am PV time, is that the same as ship time? This confuses me!

Supposedly the ship operates on the same time as the time zone it left port from; I believe this is indicated in the Capers. This was the case for Inspiration out of Tampa to Grand Caymen and Cozumel. You have to be careful of your cell phone automatically changing to new time zones. But...several posts on this subject claim that their ship DID change times.....ken
