AOS buffet dining

Whats the buffet dining room called on the AOS and what are the hrs that it is open. Buffet dining is what my husband prefers over the main dining room soooo, in order to get to go on this cruise :( (our second) hopefully, they will have a buffet similar to the horizon court on the Star Princess.

And, how does it compare to the Horizon Court.

All Royal Caribbean Buffets are called the Windjammer Cafe...hours vary but will be posted in your daily compass. I've never been on Princess, but last May we chose to eat in the Windjammer on AOS instead of the dining room & enjoyed it very much...have a great cruise!

The Windjammer buffet is very good with loads of options to select from. We actually prefer it to the Horizon Court.

 

The hours of operation will be posted in the daily Compass which is placed on your bed every evening.

The AOS has the Windjammer and the Island Grill. They are connected to each other and most people probably don't even realize they are two separate buffets. The food varies a little between the two so check them both out when you go in. The food served is good with a good variety IMHO. At dinner you can usually get the same food that is being served in the main dining room with the exception of lobster.

Thanks for the replies, as for the lobster, I would pass on it anyway, not a big seafood fan here. The windjammer will keep my hubby a happycamper and maybe get more cruises later on.
