cruisequeen10 Posted August 19, 2008 #1 Share Posted August 19, 2008 Have any of you forgot to hand in the questionnaire at the end of the cruise and found it in your bag when you arrived home. Can these still be sent in by snail mail.
chessbriar Posted August 19, 2008 #2 Share Posted August 19, 2008 Once you get home throw it away. They are processed on the ship and reports are sent to the head office. Kudos and negative reports are handled on the ship.
Longboysfan Posted August 19, 2008 #3 Share Posted August 19, 2008 If you have a big kudo - write an email and send it to the line - double impact on the letter. Home office puts it into employee folder - copy sent to the ship. I do both the cruise sheet and write a follow up email - letter to the line. This is one of the factors in crew promotions.

And that is the second reason I do it. Number one is if they can put up with me and impress me then they deserve the kudos.
cruzisme Posted August 20, 2008 #7 Share Posted August 20, 2008 definitely send it on as the cruise line really do want to hear the 'good, the bad, and the ugly' of every cruise. mention employees by name if they were excellent (goes into their file for promotions) now if there are minuses (areas that need attention) let them know that too. I usually write a letter to head office after my cruise (but have gotten lazy lately) mentioning names, what was great, etc. and room for improvement (ie lounge music too loud)
