If you have a big kudo - write an email and send it to the line - double impact on the letter.

Home office puts it into employee folder - copy sent to the ship.

I do both the cruise sheet and write a follow up email - letter to the line.

If you thought any of the crew provided excellent service you should do this. This is one of the factors in crew promotions.

Yes. And that is the second reason I do it.

Number one is if they can put up with me and impress me then they deserve the kudos.

definitely send it on as the cruise line really do want to hear the 'good, the bad, and the ugly' of every cruise.

mention employees by name if they were excellent (goes into their file for promotions)

now if there are minuses (areas that need attention) let them know that too.

I usually write a letter to head office after my cruise (but have gotten lazy lately) mentioning names, what was great, etc. and room for improvement (ie lounge music too loud)
