Can Adults use "Boys and Girls drink cards"?

Neither my wife nor I drink alcoholic beverages. But I enjoy diet cokes and she loves virgin drinks, like strawberry daquaris.

 

Does Costa allow adults to use "Boys and Girls drink cards"? I saw they are 20 drinks for just $30.00. Good price for on ship.

I felt that it was a great bargain and my husband and I used the tickets. He drank a lot of virgin BBCs and I had a few virgin strawberry daquaris. We had bought the tickets for our son, but when he got on board he flee in love with their iced tea and that was it for him. We did not have any problem whatsoever.
