There's no website. You'll need to email groupeventdawn@ncl.com. Tell them you're interested in a bar setup. They'll email you back with the information you'll need to provide. Wine is not on the bar setup menu. You can purchases a decent bottle onboard for $35 or so. You can also take all the wine with you and pay a $15 service fee each. If you drink really good wine, then opt for the latter.

 

FYI: Bar setup requests must be done at least 2 weeks before your sail date.

You can also complete this form, and fax to the number on the form. However, you would need to know the item numbers and the prices, so it may be hard to complete accurately.

 

You could probably just fill in as much as you know and write a note to have someone call you back and fax it in.

 

We had our TA take care of the bar setup for us, but you can definitely do it yourself.
