Upgrading to a Suite from MiniSuite

We'll be on the Sept 7th Gem sailing out of Barcelona and am interested in upgrading to a suite.

 

Does anyone have any information on upgrading to a suite from a mini-suite. If so, would you suggest doing this prior to check in or at the desk upon check in.

I would call before the pier. These cabins area almost always sold out before check in especially European cruises.

I would call imediately and expect to pay big bucks for those that are left.

 

Availability and current price US. which are +fuel and TAX. $160pp (this all that is left at all grades)

 

A3 3 $3999

AA 3 $3999

A2 2 $5999

A1 1 $9999

 

NCL often want more to upgrade than the difference between what you paid and the current prices.

 

Looks like they are still working on filling the previous sailing so this one will be next for the upsell fairy, so watch out for lower grade cabins coming back as they move people into those that are left, then phone for an upgrade very quickly.

There will not be any cabins when you check in. They work real hard to sail with these ships FULL.

 

As mentioned, the price does jump quite a bit. A mini-suite is really not any kind of a suite, but a slightly larger balcony.
