Costa Rica-Arial Tram Excursion

Hi,

I have been checking on excursions for Costa Rica and came across two arial tram excursions: Arial Tram-PL04 for $135 and Gamboa Arial Tram for $109 thru RCI.

Has anybody taken any of these excursions and what is the difference?

Also, would these be worth the money?
