Hello Jeanarch,

 

I called just a couple places and the family practices said they were only administering the flu shot to their established patients that had chronic health problems. The government clinics said they were only administering it to patients that were already established at their location and that were in the high risk groups. I didn't call every medical office; if you wanted to do this you can pull up the numbers in the yellow pages for the USVI at http://www.viphonebook.com

Thanks for asking Islander. I do understand. I just hope that they don't have vaccine to waste. We have none in our part of Louisiana and we are on the lists for the high risk group. Maybe they will call before we leave. Otherwise we will wash our hands a lot, take our vitamins and hope for the best.. At least we both have had the pneumonia vaccine. Again thanks for asking.
