Trouble hearing from Island Marketing???

I have been waiting to get a confirmation from Island Marketing for a day at Nachi Cocum. I sent the information and noticed that my credit card was charged for the deposit, but I have not received any confirmation for me to take with me. Even if I don't have to have it when I go to the beach, I would like something in writing showing my deposit in case there is any trouble. Has anyone else ever experienced this or have advice?

I think they are headquartered in Grand Cayman and I believe the offices have been closed due to the arrival of that nasty Gustav. We sent an email the other day and finally got an email back with an apology for being late in responding.

You might want to wait a day and then try to contact them again? I also booked this excursion, followed the instructions on return email and then got a confirmation.

Good luck!
