Liquor for Coffee...

I usually dont take my coffee with liquor (I dont think my work would appreciate that :D ) But id like to take something on the cruise to nurse off the hangover i will likely have haha.

Coffee with an added shot of Cruzan Rum Cream, absolutely delicious! Rum Cream is like Baileys only made with Rum instead of whiskey.

If you don't normally like cream or flavored creamers in your coffee I'd stick with Kahlua or another coffee flavored liqueur. That's the way my husband likes his spiked coffee. Personally I like Bailey's or anything chocolatey.

 

Can't say about the Rum Cream. I bought some in Jamaica but tripped and fell getting off the bus and broke it. The cabin smelled good all week though. :o

Ahhh, so many liqueurs, so little time.:D I love putting liqueur in my coffee. I prefer either Kahlua or Mudslide, but have enjoyed Bailey's, coconut rum, and amaretto, as well.

I'm enjoying a little Bailey's in mine right now. I only use maybe half a shot, so it doesn't do anything but flavor the coffee. Some days, I think I should have used a double shot tho;) I usually pack me some in my suitcase for a cruise to drink on the balcony. I would hate to drink plain coffee for a whole week. I may have to try some of the other recommendations now.

I'm an Irish, ex-Marine, retired construction worker so I'd say that makes me an expert on all things alcoholic. :o Tia Maria is is the very BEST, hands down, liqueur you can add to coffee. Blows Kahlua away!

IMO, You can't really go wrong with good old Bailey's.

 

But I'm surprised no one mentioned either Godiva Liqueur or Crème De Menthe (or both for a Grasshopper taste)
