tender/boat to cozumel

we're coming in to cozumel for the 4th time friday on a cruise and thought we'd try to go to cancun. i've heard there is a water taxi/shuttle that will take you to cancun from cozumel. anyone know where it is? where does it leave you in cancun? cost?

 

any info is appreciated.

Cancun/Cozumel Water Taxi

Cost: $15

Time: 3 hours

Dock: Plaza del Tortugas, Blvd. Kukulcán, Km 6.5

 

 

The waters between Cozumel and the mainland has some of the strongest currents in the area and ferries will be cancelled if the winds are high and the weather bad.

I would not recommend doing this!!!
