Boarding time for Infinity 12/5/04?

I rec'd Edocs today and they say official boarding time 4:00PM, sailing time 9:00PM. Does anyone know if they allow you to board prior to 4?

Most cruiselines will let you board earlier than stated time. Having said that, I don't know if this will hold true in this case with Celebrity but most likely will ...

Hi Jeano we are thinking maybe 1:00 or so since the ship has to come up from Ensenada.

Have you posted on our roll call board?

Don't know about the Infinity but two years ago on the Summit, we were aboard at noon. They also told us a much later boarding time.

Hey CruisinJudy. I have tried 3 times since last year to sign up for CC party to no avail. I have never received any kind of acknowledgment from either Celebrity or Cruisecritic, I put my name on the roll call too, but has never been acknowleged either. Somebody must not like me.

BTW, if you haven't read through that entire roll call, you may not want to - it's little bit on the long side at this point. :D

Hi Spleen yes I did, but I think there were also problems with the site around that time, everything was all mixed up with posts from 2003 appearing on first page. I will do it again. As for the party, I'm sure it has reached capacity by this time, so we're out of luck there.

Last Dec. they came from Ensenada & we boarded shortly after noon for the canal sailing. The life boat drill was held the next morning.
