NCTribeFan Posted September 5, 2008 #10 Share Posted September 5, 2008 Every ship I've been on has a sign posted by the track telling you how many laps = 1 mile. Not that I've paid any attention. I don't cruise to get exercise! I exercise before and after, but not during. I'm on vacation!
C cruzer Posted September 5, 2008 #11 Share Posted September 5, 2008 Each ship on Carnival I have been on it was Approx 10X for a mile. They have a sign by the track that tells you. It is a great run, but very windy on sea days. If you use the tread mills in the spa, make sure its set to miles. They can be in miles or K, they have a great view too:)
