ryndam question

is there a sports bar on the ryndam? if not does the ship's tv system provide espn when in us/mexican water.

There is no sports bar, only the crows nest.

We just back from Alaska last week and we missed the end of the olympics because when we were at sea, there was no reception. Even in ports there was limited channels in the rooms. It might be different to Mexico.

No sports bar on S-class ships, but the large TV in the Casino bar was usually showing sports on our Veendam and Statendam cruises.

I've traveled many times on the S class ships but I wouldn't argue with anyone on this one because I'm not a sport freak. Seems to me the casino bar/also acts as a sport bar, they have TV's in them tuned to sports channels. I'm sure there are others on these boards that maybe able to answer you better.

Sorry pennstateray, I forgot to add that I talked to my DH and he said there is ESPN on your cabin TV.

And sometimes the ship can get the reception and sometimes it can't.
