Celebrity Infinity Upgrade

Recommended Posts

We just got an "upgrade" from a lower deck aft inside cabin to an upper deck forward inside cabin. I am prone to motion sickness--am I in trouble? My travel agent says the Infinity has such superior stability that it should be ok. Those of you who have traveled in forward cabins, please let me know what it was like.

Its all relative to what the water is doing; the lower aft cabin would probably experience less motion than the higher forward cabin, BUT that is just relative to each other in that particular sea condition. In flat seas, you probably won't notice much motion anywhere. Since you are travelling from FLL to SAN through the canal, you may have the opportunity to experience a variety of water conditions, but you just as easily could not.

Unless you have repeatedly suffered from seasickness, I would not worry too much. Just bring some Bonine and/or ginger and use what works for you.
