Barcelona airport to port

Hi all

Any suggestions for transport we can pre book to meet us at Barcelona airport to take us to port, we will have our 20 month old baby with us and will need to bring our car seat, also have an earlyish flight returning so would like to pre book transport back from port to airport!

We just got back from Barcelona and a Med cruise last month. There are lots and lots of cabs ready and waiting at both the airport and the port. You have no need to worry about booking something in advance.

 

Your cruiseline should also offer a post-cruise shuttle service to the airport. But, that may be more expensive than a regular cab.

Depending on how many you have in your party and the amount of luggage you may need to get 2 taxis or get a van taxi. Some of the taxis are quite small in Barcelona and we needed to split up on one of our rides to the port when no van was available for our family of 4 loaded down with large bags.

Thanks both, there are just the 3 of us, so hopefully 1 cab will do!!

Mind you with all the nappys (or as most of you call them diapers!!) we will have to bring who knows how many bags will be needed!!! Because they are one item we cannot run out of!!!!

I agree with those who say to just take a taxi from the airport. They are plentiful. There may be a queue for taxis when you get off the ship, but unless you have a very early morning flight you'll be fine.
