m steve Posted September 15, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 15, 2008 I received an email offer for the Noordam trans atlantic 10/4 for a balcony cabin incl. airfare to Rome at $1299. I called and checked for a single doing this and got a total from Orlando w/ transfers, fuel, taxes etc. at $2302. When I called another heavily advertised booker they quoted $5217 for the same cruise. 14 days Rome to Lauderdale. There seems to be a number of cabins avail. but no VA. It was about $500 less pp if sharing. Now that's a deal!

CJcruzer Posted September 15, 2008 #5 Share Posted September 15, 2008 Book it!! I got the same e-mail - only reason I did not book it is that I'm away on another cruise!:D However, the offer I got for free air on the Nov 4 Rotterdam transatlantic was too good to pass up - I booked it!!! There goes the whole fall - I'll probably be wearing the snowsuit by the time we get home!
