Chances of an upsell by June?

I'm really hoping to upgrade my reservation for June. I've got a regular balcony room and an inside cabin. I'd love to move up to a suite for all 4 of us, or at least 2 balconies. Trouble is, at this point the difference is at least $1,000. Too rich for my blood! What are your experiences about this? Do you think I have a decent chance at upgrading at a better price some time between now and then, or is my cruise on June 14 at too busy a time?
