Survey on HAL Cruise

HAL offer two ways to let them know your thoughts and opinions. One is the survey sheet that every cruiser gets every time with a numbered system to rate your cruise and all aspects of it.

The second ones are called "Let Us Know" cards. There should be one in your welcome guest book and others are available by request at the front desk. I use the second type religiously. I probably fill out between 10 and 15 on a cruise.

I always forget about those cards. In all our days aboard, I think I've filled out one of those cards maybe once or twice. I have to remind myself our next cruise to get in the habit of using those cards. I know comments on them will absolutely be considered.
