PVDCruiser Posted September 21, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2008 So...I've been meaning to post this since June...just getting around to it. :p After sailing on the Liberty in June I have a little complaint about the SeaPass, and checking one's statement on RCTV. On the final evening of the cruise, I noticed there was a "cruise activities" charge and a "guest relations" charge. Both very vague. Turns out the cruise activities charge was for the golf simulator...to be honest I should have figured that one one out...but why not just list it as golf simulator? The second one is weirder - it ended up being the gratuity for the concierge that we had submitted on the gratutity form for all the staff. Why is it that the waiter, room attendant, etc. gets counted under "gratuities" on the statement and the concierge just counted as "guest relations"? Anyway, that's my very minor comment for the day. :)
