Place to eat and hang out? Please suggest.

Is there anywhere to hang out and eat, take in the local sites, besides taking a tour? Are Green Bay and Amitque the only places?

Either that or the Tourist Bldg which is located at the pier. Need to remember that this port is a working container port that moves hundreds of large shipping containers daily. You do not want to leave the area unless you are either on a tour or with a driver.
